Our MIBA 100R and MIBA 100RS reinforced rail systems, developed and producted in-house, are the result of intensive research by our own production team. They are only available from Miba.

This semi-industrial version is capable of withstanding industrial loads, but has been specially designed for private use.

It?s what makes this series so unique! Your Miba sectional door is fully customized and has the special qualities that are needed for heavy-duty, long-term, trouble-free use.

The Miba 100RS comprises Sendzimir galvanized rails. The horizontal guides have a thickness of 2 mm and are reinforced with a 2-mm-thick L-profile over the entire length. The vertical guides have a thickness of 2 mm and are reinforced with a 2.5-mm corner frame over the entire length. The rails are bolted. Ball-bearing mounted nylon idlers and tension springs at the back (25000 cycles) ensure smooth up and down movement of the door. This series is constructed with industrial material. The corner frames are fitted with a thermal-bridge seal. A lintel bar with thermal bridge seal is fitted at the top

Installation dimensions: side stop = 75 mm, upper stop = 65 mm first stop (+65 mm for automation system, for second stop).

No manual operation possible.

The hinges are prefitted.
